The petitioner is accused in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs.
