Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 3341, 504, 506, 553/34 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Except the above statement there is nothing against this petitioner. No one has sustained any injury. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71194 of 2021(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing of his personal bond to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
