Case No.344 of 2018), vehicle of the petitioner ( PIAGGIO Auto) bearing Registration No. BR01GF-7113 Engine No. R7A2856546, Chassis No. MBX0000ZBUB419968 be released to the petitioner on the petitioner furnishing two sureties to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Patna within one week from the date of furnishing the sureties. The valuation of the vehicle in question shall be done as per the valuation shown in the insurance document. The question of proceeding with the confiscation case
