Petitioner is accused in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 482 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 379/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15576 of 2017. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
