2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 309 ( 6 ) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Ashutosh Kumar alleged that on 24.06.2025 , at about 8:00 AM, 3 unknown miscreants riding on motorcycle looted cash of Rs. 1 lakh 32 thousand and snatched key , tab, bio-metric , charge from informant and fled away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of other co-accused persons. No incriminating/looted material has been recovered from the conscious possession of

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got 2 criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedents of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
