The petitioner seeks bail in Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 07/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the right palm of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the impugned order itself, it would appear that there is lacerated wound on the right palm of the informant. The injury is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant sustained simple injury on account of firing made by the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 21.02.2017, the
