====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 registered under Sections 25(A)/(1A)/(1AA)/(1B)/AB, 26(1)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and allegation is of recovery of arms and cartridges from the accused persons and from the petitioner it is alleged that nine live cartridges were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and cartridge without gun is useless.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71078 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 with a condition that one of the bailors shall be the mother of the petitioner namely Maya Devi.
