Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, writs,
Patna High Court CWJC No.22034 of 2011 (4) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 order, orders, direction, directions commanding the respondents authority to grant the petitioner corresponding pay scale of 5500-175-9000 corresponding pay scale of 1640-2900 to petitioner who is working on the post of Electronic Technician as in pursuance of 5th pay scale committee whereby the petitioner has been entitled for pay scale of 55009000 with effect from 1.4.1997. Petitioner further seeks Hon'ble Court indulgence commanding the respondents authority for difference of salary after pay fixation in light of recommendation of 5th pay scale committee."
Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 7, the Director, Higher Education, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievance within a period of three weeks. The said representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations and liberty, the present writ application stands disposed of.
