28.08.2020 This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Pirbahore P. S. Case No. 36 of 2015 dated 25.02.2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

From the perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that the offence as described has been made out.

In any view of the matter, considering the fact that the case was lodged in the year 2015, the investigation must have been completed by now. If at all the investigation is pending, the

Investigating Officer is directed to conclude the investigation, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The aforesaid direction shall be implemented only if the case has remained pending at the stage of investigation.

If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by such report, he can take recourse to the legal remedies available to him.

This petition stands disposed off.
