====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, while panchayati was going on to resolve a land dispute between the parties, these petitioners and others assaulted the informant and his family members. Petitioner no. 1 snatched gold chain, petitioner no.3 snatched mobile phone and petitioner no.4 took out cash Rs.14,000/- from pocket of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as a matter of fact due to land dispute minor scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No. 30 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
