Patna High Court CWJC No.14646 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 3/3 10-08-2018 At the outset, it is brought to the notice of the Court that though this writ petition was filed challenging special meeting for discussion on want of confidence in the Pramukh of Panchayat Samiti, Obra Block, during pendency of the writ petition, the special meeting was convened and no confidence motion was carried out against the petitioner. In view of these developments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to challenge the resolution taken in the special meeting and other subsequent action taken by the respondents by way of filing a fresh writ petition on amongst others the grounds taken in the instant writ petition.

Leave is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of.
