The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014 instituted under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the rifle was in name of the petitioner and the petitioner was holding valid licence, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within two weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua in Mohania P.S.Case No. 196 of 2014, subject to the conditions, as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
