The petitioner has been arrested in Budhuchak P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014 registered under Sections, 363, 366(A) and 498 A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The whole thrust of allegation of kidnapping against Md. Ajmal along with others.

The name of the petitioner has not find place in the First Information Report. Only allegation against the petitioner is that mobile phone which has been used by Md. Ajmal is registered in the name of Md. Sarfaraz who is son of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to the released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Roy, 1st Class, Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Budhuchak P.S. Case No. 21 of 2014, subject to the condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case by the court below and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground. Further condition that petitioner shall not remain absent on two consecutive dates failing which his bail bond shall stand cancel by the court below.
