JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State in virtual court proceeding. The present modification petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners to modify the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37819 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to typographical error in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 37819 of 2021, in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya, it has wrongly been typed as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kaimur at Bhabua.

Accordingly, in order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58 of 2022(2) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 Misc. No. 37819 of 2021, in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kaimur at Bhabua, it be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Gaya.

Accordingly, order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37819 of 2021 stands modified to the extent stated above.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
