====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were allegedly apprehended along with a stolen four wheeler. The petitioners are in custody since 27.06.2019. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after framing of the charges against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56455 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Parasbigha Police Station Case No. 120 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
