The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003. It has been contended that on conclusion of investigation the police submitted final report holding the accusation to be false against the petitioner but the learned Special Judge differed with the police report and took cognizance of the offence.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner named above is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46462 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S.
