The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2013, arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and his prayer for bail was earlier refused by this Court on 04.05.2016, vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3399 of 2015, with an observation that if the case will not be disposed of within six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21018 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 Up-till now, more than one year has lapsed after refusal of the prayer of bail of the petitioner, but still three chargesheet witnesses are to be examined, which would appear from the order dated 29.03.2017 passed in Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2013 by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Sasaram. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -IV, Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 584 of 2013, arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
