This miscellaneous appeal arises from an interim direction present in the order of a learned Single Judge dated 26.8.2015 in M.J.C.No. 999/2014.
Mr. Indu Bhushan, learned counsel for the appellant, fairly accepting that the contempt application is yet pending as well as the fact that the Executive Officer concerned has since been transferred submits that he would not be pressing the miscellaneous appeal at this stage and would pursue the matter before the contempt Court.
