The petitioners seek bail in Dumra P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners in drunken state caught hold of the informant and misbehaved with her.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that no such occurrence has taken place and petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 10.10.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021.
