Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 17407 of 2019, which was rejected vide order dated 22.07.2019 (Annexure-1) with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in the case vide order dated 19.07.2019, as contained in Annexure-3. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56244 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge VII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 192 of 2017.
