Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections- 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner got injured while he was buying vegetables. Police instituted another case also in which petitioner has been made informant. The motorcycle which has been recovered belongs to the petitioner, but police has shown it as a stolen one. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21512 of 2017 (2) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 custody since 18.03.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 128 of 2017.
