The petitioner seeks bail in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner in drunken state came at the house of informant and started throwing stones, bricks on shutter of Informant's house. After hearing the sound, informant along with family members came out, then petitioner started assaulting them and slammed his elder daughter-in-law by catching her hair and also snatched gold chain from her neck.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
Considering the period of custody coupled with the fact that petitioner bears clean antecedent, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 216 of 2021.
