Heard Mr. Ranjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yogendra Kumar, learned APP for the State. This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R of Supaul P.S. Case No. 229/1990 dated 01.08.1990 instituted for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code..
