2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons including the petitioner, with an intention to kill, caught the son of the informant and on the order of the petitioner, coaccused Utsav Kumar assaulted the son of the informant by means of iron rod, due to which he sustained head injury. When the informant came to save her son, she was also assaulted by the accused persons. They also snatched golden chain of the informant.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that

There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the order giver. There is no allegation of assault alleged against him. The allegation of assault is alleged against the co-accused, namely, Utsav Kumar.

5. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/concerned Court in connection with Belaganj P.S. case No.330 of 2023.
