JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 27-09-2018 It is following our order passed on 18.09.2018 that a supplementary show cause is filed on behalf of the opposite parties informing that the petitioner did not visit the office on 24.09.2018 as directed by this Court rather approached the concerned opposite party on 26.09.2018. Whereafter necessary formalities has been completed for payment of the unpaid amount of Rs.2,86,561/-.

Patna High Court MJC No.3566 of 2016 (6) dt.27-09-2018 It is further stated that the amount would be transferred in the bank account of the petitioner as requested by him. Such is the position explained in paragraph 6 and 7 of the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties and taking note thereof, we dispose of the contempt application reminding the opposite parties to take expeditious steps for transfer of the amount in question in the account of the petitioner.
