Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From the motorcycle of the petitioner, 20 litres of country made liquor was recovered. However, the petitioner fled away and could not be arrested at the spot. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, if the trial of the case is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charges against the petitioner, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
