The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having snatched a sum of Rs. 90,000/- from the informant of the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused persons, namely, Hitesh Kumar Jha and Bablu Kumar Yadav were arrested by the police and they had stated in their confessional statement that the petitioner was also involved in the alleged crime. It is further submitted that neither any

It is also stated that though the petitioner is accused in three other cases, but he is on bail in the said three cases. It is further submitted that he is languishing in custody since 02.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 238 of 2019.
