Deceased, who was married with Arun Kumar of village-Ladania faced curse of dowry and on account thereof, had brought up relevant cases during stay at her Maika. Informant, Rita Devi, mother had further alleged that the victim became traceless on 06.01.2014 and was found in company of her father in-law. Subsequently thereof, she was informed by the Bhainsur of deceased that father is accompanying her to her Maika, instead thereof, she was murdered and her dead body subsequently, traced out.
From the order impugned, it is evident that nothing more has been collected against the petitioner, who happens to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43058 of 2014 (02) dt.20-03-2015 mother in-law, save and except, being named as an accused in usual phenomenon.
Accordingly, petitioner Sheela Devi @ Shila Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Ladania P. S. Case no.03 of 2014, in case of her surrender or arrest within four weeks from today in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
