This application is for grant of anticipatory bail for the offence under Sections 366 (A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that even in the F.I.R. as well as statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C., nothing has been attributed against these petitioners, they are being father and mother of one Vikash Yadav, who is alleged to have escaped with the girl. Heard learned A.P.P.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that nothing has been attributed against these petitioners, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45311 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ Ist (Special Judge), Gaya in connection with Magadh University P.S.Case No.25 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
