The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.
"1. That, this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents particularly Secretary and Principal of Singhia College, Singhia, Samastipur (herein short „College‟) to pay Rs. 63,000/- (Sixty Three thousand) to the petitioner pursuant to aid granted by Human Resources Development
Patna High Court CWJC No.22908 of 2011 (5) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 Department in March, 2011 to the College in question and for a direction to grant all other consequential benefits in terms thereof for which petitioner is entitled for."
Considering the reliefs sought for by the petitioner, he is directed to file a representation before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Secondary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. The respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the said representation of the petitioner within a period of five months from the date of filing of such representation in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
