For EOU) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail by the petitioner, namely, Dipendra Kumar Tiwary, in connection with Economic Offences Police Station Case No. 002 of 2015, under Sections 419/420/467 /468 /471 /472/ 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.

Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Manoranjan Kumar, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Vishwanath Prasad Singh, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of Economic Offences Unit.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45223 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of incriminating materials available on record against the accused abovenamed, and the stage of investigation, this Court is of the view that at this stage of investigation, the accused abovenamed cannot be allowed to go on bail. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
