The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 156/2014 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application filed under Section 438 Cr. P.C. is rejected.
