Petitioners seek bail in connection with Rail Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections- 30(A), 38 of the Bihar Liquor Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in this case on suspicion only. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. For recovery of only, four liters of desi liquor petitioners are in custody since 04.01.2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.21248 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Bhagalpur in connection with Rail Bhagalpur G.R. P.S. Case No. 4 of 2017.
