ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-11-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 26.7.2013, by which the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Revision No.200 of 2012/01 of 2013 set aside the order dated 11.12.2012 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi passed in Belsand P.S. case No.101 of 2012, by which he has allowed the victim girl to proceed with the Petitioner on her plea that she had married the Petitioner.

Having gone through the records of the case, I would be of the view that it is in the interest of justice that the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi dated 11.12.2012 passed in Belsand P.S. case No.101 of 2012 be affirmed and hence the Revisional order

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1004 of 2013 dt.03-11-2015 2/2 dated 26.7.2013 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Revision No.200 of 2012/01 of 2013 is hereby set aside.

Application stands allowed.
