Learned counsel for the State and Mr. Mukesh Kumar for the State Election Authority submit that the petitioner has prayed for inclusion of name in the voter list in respect of the election to the Parsa Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Patna. It is submitted that the election to the society has already taken place in the year 2014 rendering the matter
Patna High Court CWJC No.18574 of 2014 (2) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 infructuous, which is disposed of accordingly. Should any such occasion arise for the petitioner in the next election, he would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
