This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 36 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 02.03.2017. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Hence, considering the entire facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, on completion of six months of custody,, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with
