2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per FIR, 16 litres of codeine syrup along with money was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioner and there is no allegation of tampering with the prosecution witnesses. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 16.07.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 151 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
