Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Korha P.S. Case No. 299/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The marriage of the deceased was solemnized in the month of March, 2021 and, thereafter, she has been killed for demand of dowry and torture.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her. Under the facts and circumstances, this is not a fit
