The petitioner seeks bail in Sarai P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The informant alleged that while his daughter was keeping watch on guava garden, the petitioner entered in the garden on the pretext of purchasing guava and finding her alone caught her hands and made indecent behavior with the daughter of the informant.

Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 05.09.2016.
