Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2021 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the father's name of the petitioner is Ajay Rai, but in the petition inadvertently it was wrongly typed as 'Ajay Ram Dev' and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72438 of 2021(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 accordingly, the same has been incorporated in the order dated 30.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2021. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the order dated 30.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2021 is modified to the extent that in place of 'Ajay Ram Dev, it shall be read as 'Ajay Rai'. The time granted by order dated 30.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22756 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
