1. The petitioner Assistant Professor in Psychology (Senior Scale) working in M.S.K.B. College, Muzaffarpur filed the present writ application for counting her past services rendered at Dr. Jagannath Mishra College, Muzaffarpur.
2. Learned counsel for the University placed the Office Order dated 05.07.2023 vide Memo No. B/1341 and the Office Notification dated 05.12.2023 vide Memo No. B/2626 and submits that the University has decided to count the past services of the petitioner rendered by her at Dr. Jagannath Mishra College, Muzaffarpur w.e.f. 04.10.1983 for promotion
Patna High Court CWJC No.16936 of 2016(3) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 under C.A.S. along with other consequential benefits. The necessary benefits shall be given in accordance with law to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.

In view of the submissions made by the University, the writ application is disposed with a direction to the University to decide the claim of the petitioner for consequential benefits pursuant to the decision of the University for counting the past services of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
