The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant in the FIR alleges that on account of land dispute, the present occurrence was committed in which the accused persons, including the petitioner, came variously armed, it is next alleged that this petitioner was carrying rod and Amit Singh was carrying farsa. It is alleged that Amit Singh assaulted by farsa on the head of Deepak Singh causing grievous injury and other accused person also committed the act as detailed in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from

No.72482 of 2021(3) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 perusal of allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that as far as this petitioner is concerned, against him it is alleged that he was also indulging in assault as he was carrying an iron rod but the specific allegation of causing injury on the head of Deepak Singh by farsa is against Amit Singh, it is next submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against this petitioner rather the allegations are general and omnibus. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 80 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
