This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 342, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act. According to first information report, there is general and omni bus allegation against three persons, including the petitioner, that they hurled bomb causing injury to Ram Bahadur Sahani, the back rider on the motorcycle of the informant.

Ram Bahadur Sahni has not named the person, who had hurled the bomb. The doctor had found simple injury.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13211 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti (Muzaffarpur) P.S.
