2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 126(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), and 351(3).

3. As per the F.I.R., the specific allegation of assault is against one co-accused Jitendra, who allegedly hit the informant on the head with an iron rod. So far as these petitioners are concerned, the accusation against them is that they assaulted the father of the informant with fists and slaps.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and falsely been implicated in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62879 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 and the allegations levelled against them are general and omnibus in nature. There is case and counter-case between the parties.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners and the fact that there is case and counter-case between the parties, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. First Class, Patna City in connection with Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
