ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2019 in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, but subsequently on the basis of statement of one co-accused Bambir Yadav the name of the petitioner has surfaced and he has been taken into custody. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there has been no recovery from the petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
