The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Total 64.800 liters of Indian make foreign liquor has been recovered from the orchard and petitioner is said to have fled away from the place of recovery after seeing the police. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. No recovery has been made from the possession of this petitioner.
