The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the informant was informed by his wife that the informant's father had gone with co-accused Raju Oraon and did not return. Subsequently, the next day, the dead body of the informant's father was found in front of the house of co-

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner was not arrested from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is an old lady suffering from various ailment. Moreover, Raju Oraon has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29363 of 2021. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under
