The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 453 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 326, 307, 506, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant Pawan Kumar along with Ramchandra Choudhary, Raj Narayan Rai, Sonu Kumar (Petitioner) and Nand Kumar was taking tea at the shop. At that time, they took the informant at lonely place and asked why he used to manage the raid by electricity department. At that time, petitioner caught hold the informant and cut his one inch tongue through knife and also snatched Rs. 5200/- and golden chain. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23894 of 2017 (3) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 time of immersion of idol Durga, some hot talks were exchanged in which informant fell down and sustained injury at his tongue. Further submission is that no any slit injury was found in the injury report of the informant. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 12.02.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Maner P.S.
