Mr. Anil Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RANA VIKRAM SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2026 Yesterday, when the case was called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the application.

2. On the last occasion, Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department (Investigation Bureau) informed this Court that the petitioner, namely, Naga Ram has passed away. On this, the Court requested him to get the updated status from the Vigilance Department (Investigation Bureau), whereupon, today, he produced the photocopy of the Death Certificate of the petitioner herein, namely, Naga Ram.

3. On perusal of the aforesaid Death Certificate, it appears that the petitioner has left for heavenly abode on 28.03.2017 itself.

4. Even today when the case was called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner in-spite of repeated calls.

5. In view of the above, this Court is left with no alternative but to dismiss the instant application as not pressed.

6. The application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.

7. Let the copy of the Death Certificate, so produced by the learned counsel for the Vigilance Department (Investigation Bureau), be kept on record.
