The petitioner seeks bail in Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 214/2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of the co-accused Md. Kasim. The petitioner is in jail since 19.01.2017, but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the name of the petitioner figured in the confession of the co-accused and although he has remained in jail for more than 03 months, but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
